VAT

For our standard shipment, we will declare our regular shipment as a DVD and mark as GIFT for our buyer. Customs value is US$20 Also, we can help to declare any suggested customs value for our buyer. Not only we know well information of VAT varied to different country, but also our over 20 years e-commerce experience can help you to minimize the risk of customs problem. In most case, our buyer seldom to pay customs tax if purchasing from us.

However, customs duty is out of our control.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Returns/ Compensation

Item Inspection and Damaged Goods
Upon receipt of your shipment, please inspect the goods to ensure they are correct and free from damage. If you have received an incorrect item or if any item is damaged, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt. Please do not open the item and retain all original packaging.

Returns and Refunds for Shipment

  1. All pre-ordered or purchased items are non-refundable.

  2. Opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  3. For customers who choose to pick up their items in person, please inspect the goods carefully at the time of collection. Items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once they have left our premises.

  4. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.

Shipping Liability and Insurance

  • Local Courier (Hong Kong): For uninsured local courier shipments, the maximum liability for loss or damage is US$100.

  • Standard Airmail: For uninsured standard airmail shipments, the maximum liability for loss or damage is US$40.

  • EMS / DHL / FedEx: For uninsured EMS, DHL, or FedEx shipments, the maximum liability for loss or damage is US$100.

For comprehensive protection, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that processing a claim typically takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

Digital Products

Digital downloads and virtual items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Downloadable Content (DLC) codes included with games are for supplementary content only. Customers must use a corresponding PSN, Xbox Live, or Nintendo account that matches the game's region to redeem the code. We do not assume responsibility for any redemption issues; customers must contact the respective game publisher directly for support.

Cancel/ Edit Order

We accept cancellation of order transaction ONLY before order be confirmed. After the shipment be dispatched, neither cancellation nor modification of order transaction is unlikely.

Q: Is there any discount or promotion available?

A: As most of our products are already offered at very competitive prices close to cost, the online prices are already the best deals. However, we regularly introduce different limited-time offers each week, so please stay tuned for updates.

 

Q: Which MTR stations are eligible for the subway station pickup service?

A: We apologize for any inconvenience, but currently, we only provide face-to-face pickup service at Sham Shui Po MTR station. The service hours are from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm and 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. However, we also offer various other pickup options, including express delivery, post office pickup, in-store pickup, and convenience store pickup, ensuring there is a method that suits your needs.

 

Q: Can I come directly to your physical store to make a purchase?

A: Our physical store operates independently from our online shop. Only items marked as "available in-store" can be purchased directly at our physical store. For other items, we recommend checking the stock availability at the store in advance.

 

Q: Can I pay with cash for my purchase?

A: We apologize, but we require payment in advance before preparing your order for pickup at the store or shipping it to you. For pre-ordered items, we also need to receive the full payment before reserving a slot for you.
