S.F. Domestic Express Service (for Hong Kong only)
Domestic courier delivery provided by S.F. Express.
Transition: may take 1-2 workig days.
Advantage: There is no limitation in weight.
Disadvantage: Additional transit time may be needed and extra fee may be charged if the delivery area is a remote area or home address. (E.g. Remoted area, such as Ma On Shan or Islands District, need to pay an extra HKD30 postage fee and need extra delivery time.)


HK Post Domestic Courier Service (for Hong Kong only)
Domestic courier delivery provided by Hong Kong Post.
Transition: may take 1-2 workig days.

Remarks: Weight limitation: 2KG or less
 

HK Post Counter/ iPostal Station Collection Service (Only available in Hong Kong)
The counter collection service allows customers to pick up Local Courier Post items from any post offices (except mobile post offices) without having to wait for delivery. This offering particularly caters for those recipients who prefer to collect their mail items at the time and the post office of their choice.
Transition: may take 1-2 workig days.

Convenience Store Self-pickup Service (Only available in Hong Kong & Macau)
Customers can pick up the goods at the 24/7 convenience store (including 7-11 and Circle K) they have been chosen in their orders.

Transition: 2-5 workig days.

Remarks:
1. Customers have to remark the STORE CODE from the above store list when placing the order.
2. Customers will receive SMS or phone notification once the parcel is delivered to the selected store.
3.Customers MUST present the SMS confirmation to the authorized service point representative for shipment pickup.
4.If customers consignee does not pick up the shipment(s) within 3-7 days after receiving the SMS confirmation, the shipment(s) will be returned to S.F. Express. The consignee has to call our Customer Service Hotline to reschedule a pickup.
5. Parcel Limitations: 30 x 5 x 20cm; 5KG or less
 
 

S.F. Store & Service Center Self-pickup Service (Only available in Hong Kong)
Customers may pick up their parcels at the S.F. Store/ Service Center/ SF 759 Store/ SF Parcel Locker located near them.
Transition: may take 1-2 workig days.

1) Receiver will receive SMS or phone notification once the parcel is delivered to the service point.
2) Receiver has to pick up the parcels at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Customer may call S.F. Customer Service Hotline (+852) 2730 0273 (Hong Kong) to re-arrange pickup for overdue parcels.
3) Receiver MUST presents SMS notification to the authorized service point representative for parcels self-pickup at S.F. Express Authorized Service Points.

S.F. Express Service (Hong Kong)

Transition: may take 1 – 2 working days

Advantage: No weight limitation. Highly recommend for customers in Macau and Taiwan.

 

International Tracked Airmail 
International standard airmail service provided by post office. Tracking number can be provided for claiming missing parcel purpose. Risk of losing parcels can be substantially decreased.

Advantage: The lowest shipping fee
Disadvantage: No real time tracking service. Transition may take longer time. Within Christmas peak season (Nov – Dec), delay may occurred due to large amount of mails and parcels.

EMS Speedpost
Speedpost is Hong Kong's own internationally operated courier service, renowned for its reliable and efficient   transmission of documents and merchandise to over 90 destinations worldwide, and for hosting the largest network coverage in China.

Delivery Time (Excluding the time taken for customs clearance):

Advantage: Exempt from extra handling fee for deliver to remote area. No surcharge for volume weight. Fast. Parcel tracking service provided.
Disadvantage: Parcel contains lithium batteries will not be accepted. The cut-off time is much shorter than the others.

Aramex (Supsending)
An international shipping company, which provides the best quality for international shipment. You can enjoy a special discount of express shipping to United States for first 2kg. Also, it has advantage on shipping to Middle East countries. 


DHL Express 
International courier delivery provided by DHL.

Advantage: Parcel contains lithium batteries is acceptable. Fast. Longer cut-off time. Online tracking service provided.

International DHL express service by our logistics partner 4PX or Aramex.

Advantage: Cheaper than DHL Express / EMS. Online tracking provided.
Disadvantage: It takes few more working days to transit. Surcharge & additional transit time maybe required for sending large but light product or to remote area. Delay may occur in the peak season (e.g. Nov – Dec).

Fedex Express (IP)
International FeDex express service.

Transition: may take 3-5 working days
Advantage: Parcel contains lithium batteries is acceptable. Fast. Longer cut-off time. Online tracking service provided.
Disadvantage: Extra fee and additional transition time may be needed for over-sized (even the weight is light) parcels or delivery to remote area.

Fedex Economy (IE) (Supsending)
International economy service by FeDex. 

Trainsition: may take 7-9 working days
Advantage: Cheaper than FeDex Express. Online tracking provided.
Disadvantage: It takes few more working days than FeDex Express to transit. Surcharge & additional transit time maybe required for sending large but light product or to remote area. Delay may occur if the transition amount of FeDex is too much.

S.F. Express (International)
Worldwide Economy Express delivery provided by S.F. Express. Available in Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Japan, Australia and United States.
Transition: may take 4 –9 working days.

USPS (United states)  (Supsending)
We deliver directly from our warehouse in US and then transit through USPS. Highly recommend to customer if the product can be applied to this shipping method. 


EC Post (for Mainland China only)
Express postal service to Mainland China provided by HK Post. Special rate for sending urgent parcels weighing 2kg or less to Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian, Sichuan, Chongqing, Zhejiang, Shandong and Tianjin.
Transition: may take 4 – 9 working days.
Standard shipping fee for parcels less than 2kg. The more you send, the more you save.
EC Post is available in the following areas

Advantage: A standard and cheap shipping fee. Takes more delivery time than EMS but faster than airmail. Online tracking service provided.
Disadvantage: Only available in the areas mentioned above. The weight limitation is within 2kg. Parcel contains lithium batteries will not be accepted

Economy Post (for Mainland China only)
An alternative cost-saving courier solution by HK Post to help deliver bulky items weighing 5kg and above up to 40kg in just a few days. Similar to other Speedpost services, you can track your shipment around the clock by using the online tracking service, or opt for email notification to keep both the sender and recipient informed upon successful delivery.

Service area: covering Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Wuhan, Guangdong and Hubei (covering Hubei province).
Advantage: Cheaper than EMS. Takes more time than EMS but faster than airmail. Online tracking service provided.
Disadvantage: Takes more time than EMS. Parcel contains lithium batteries will not be accepted.
The earliest delivery time: 4 working days.
Weight limitation: within 5kg to 40kg; total length and girth no more than two meters. If the weight is less than 5kg will also be counted as 5kg.
