Thank you very much for pre-ordering NS Zelda~ Tears of Kingdom from us. About the series of Zelda New game products , they are expected to be available on 12-May-2023, please take a warm reminder for the certain games arrangement as below :

     NS Zelda~ Tears of Kingdom (HK Standard Version) 
-Expected releasing Date 12/5 AM – Customers are welcomed to pick up/ collect your order at our physical store starting from 11:30am after receive the Pick-up Notification messages, please reminded that your order will be stored for 14 days only. We will make a further announcement on Facebook /IG on the releasing day. 

For customers who have ordered this version, we would offer the special key pouch according to the pre-order sequences (first come first serve basis). Thank you for the understanding!

     NS Zelda~ Tears of Kingdom (HK Collector’s Edition) — Due to the commercial decision from the authorized game suppliers, they are finally very limited pieces could be provided. In other words, it means that there is only a very small production available(approximately less than 5%). We are very regretful to announce their updated commercial decision. For that, we are sorry to tell that we are based on the pre-order number sequences for arrangement. In addition, for those customers who have pre-ordered this Edition, we would contact you proactively and initiative for further arrangement.

     NS Zelda~ Tears of Kingdom (Japan Collector’s Edition )- -Expected releasing Date is on 13/5 AM，Customers are welcomed to pick up/ collect your order at our physical store starting after the products are available at our store and we update the receive the Pick-up Notification messages. Please take a warm reminder that we are currently still accept for pre-order of this Collector’s version.

     NS Zelda~ Tears of Kingdom (US Standard version)- Expected releasing Date is on 12/5 AM . We will make a further announcement on Facebook /IG on the releasing day for the collection notification. Please also take a warm reminder that we are currently still able to accept the pre-order of this version (limited seat are available).

     NS Zelda~ Tears of Kingdom Amiibo-- Due to the commercial decision from the authorized game suppliers, they are finally very limited pieces could be provided. In other words, it means that there is only a very small production available. We are very regretful to announce their updated commercial decision. For that, we are currently communicating with overseas’ game suppliers for satisfying the orders . In addition, for those customers who have pre-ordered this Edition, we would contact you proactively and initiative for further arrangement.

For other Zelda correlation accessories, the expected releasing Date is start from 12/5.

 MTR Pick-up : 
12/5/2023 There is a suspension all the MTR trade on that day only. However, we are welcomed our customers to change to self -pickup at our physical store on that day. The MTR pick-up arrangement will be resumed on 13 May 2023.  

We are fully understand the supreme expectation and excitement for enjoying this Great Masterpiece as soon as possible. However, we also wish for your kind understanding that we are trying very hard for all the orders. So, should you have any concerns or assistances, please contact us through Whatsapp or Email for enquiries to get the relatively prompt responses. Thank you for your understanding!    
For customers who have appointed to use Delivery method, we will still remain the delivery arrangement starting from 12 May. Customers will be expected to receive the order on 13 May at latest. 

Last but not least, for those customers would like to change their delivery arrangement, it is expected that there will be an extra time for modification your order. In other words, your order would be postponed the delivery date. Please kindly notice for that and thank you for your kind consideration.
